What are the possibilities?
At Camping Duinezwin, parcels become available regularly for those dreaming of their own permanent spot by the sea. Our spacious parcels offer a lot of comfort and privacy and are within walking distance of the beach on the Belgian coast.
Only new mobile homes are placed on our available parcels, in cooperation with our regular supplier. Therefore, it is not possible to place your own mobile home on one of our empty parcels.
Our new parcels range from approximately 120 to 240 m². Each parcel is prepared with a concrete slab tailored to the chosen mobile home and the necessary utilities. Depending on the location of the parcel, winter water is also possible.
For the choice and placement of a new mobile home, we work together with Caravan Centrum Roels. Their showroom is located on the grounds of our neighboring Camping Duinenhof. By appointment, you can view different models there. Of course, you can also contact us first to discuss the available parcels and possibilities.
Fully taken care of with our all-in formula
For each new mobile home, we work with an all-in formula. After the mobile home is placed by Caravan Centrum Roels, we take care of all further coordination: from connections to the layout and finishing of the parcel.
We take your personal wishes into account and you can choose from different options and finishes. This way, you have one fixed contact person and do not have to contact different contractors yourself or oversee the work.
We are happy to go over the all-in formula and the different choices together with you at the reception.

F31 - approx. 210 m², suitable for a mobile home up to a maximum of 12.5 meters
A33 - approx. 140 m², suitable for a mobile home up to a maximum of 11 meters
V09 - approx. 140 m², suitable for a mobile home up to a maximum of 10.5 meters
173 - approx. 110 m², suitable for a mobile home up to a maximum of 9 meters
