From Camping Duinezwin you can easily reach everywhere, even without your own car. Public transport and car sharing are literally at your fingertips. Just see how you can get around best?

The Coast Tram (De Lijn)

The Coast Tram stops right near our campsite, at the Bredene Campings stop (Koningin Astridlaan - beach post 3). This tram runs along the entire Belgian coast, from Knokke-Heist to De Panne. Want to go shopping in Oostende? Or prefer a day at Plopsaland or enjoy the sea breeze in De Panne? Just hop on and you're off. The easiest way to buy a ticket is online, in the app or on the tram itself.

The train (NMBS)

With the Coast Tram, you can quickly and traffic-free reach the station of Oostende or Blankenberge. From there, you can travel smoothly by train throughout Belgium, for example directly to Brugge, Gent or Brussels. The train is the ideal means of transport for a day trip to the city. In the mood for a day of culture or shopping outside the coast? Then the train is your perfect starting point.

The bus (De Lijn)

In addition to the tram, De Lijn also offers various bus lines in and around Bredene. With the bus, you can quickly reach surrounding municipalities and easily find connections to the train and tram network. The bus is mainly practical for shorter trips inland, for example, to do some shopping.

Car sharing

The municipality of Bredene collaborates with Claus2you and provides two (electric) Hoppin car-sharing cars. Since the car-sharing cars are located at a Hoppin point, tram travelers can also conveniently take advantage of this service. A Hoppin point is a location where various forms of mobility come together.
